BidAnvil ("the app") is a business estimating tool operated by Alexander Data Solutions. It is provided to invited business users of participating companies only; there is no self-serve signup.
Account data (name, work email, hashed credentials via our authentication provider), and the business content you upload — drawing packages, spec sheets, bid line items, and generated proposal documents. We also keep an activity log of actions taken in the app (for example, when a file is uploaded or a line item is edited) tied to your account, so your team can audit changes to a bid.
Uploaded documents are processed, including with AI models, solely to extract bid line items and generate proposal documents for your company. Your content is not used to train AI models, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the service (cloud hosting, database/storage, AI processing, and error monitoring), each bound by their own data-processing terms.
Data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Uploads are kept in a private bucket and served only through short-lived signed URLs. Sessions use industry-standard signed tokens stored in your device's Keychain.
Bid data is retained while your company's account is active. To request deletion of your account or data, contact alexanderdatasolutions@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.
